OPEN POSITION: BAKER

This part time position is a great fit for someone who enjoys early morning hours and making magic happen in the kitchen.
Your first task is to bake cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, croissants, and pastries for the day. While baking, you will help decorate doughnuts. After the baking is complete, your next task will be mixing large batches of yeast dough & laminated dough and scooping it out into tubs. Your last task will be to wash your dishes and clean your mixing station.
Saturday availability is a must.
Saturdays will include baking, doughnut decorating, dish washing, and deep cleaning the kitchen. There will be no dough mixing on Saturdays.

POSITION: PASTRY CUTTER
Do you enjoy working with dough and revel in the art of pastry? Your primary responsibility will be laminating croissant dough, shaping pastries, and shaping yeast raised pastries such as cinnamon rolls and kolache. Your skill-set must include excellent time-management skills, the ability to work quickly, be very precise, and to value creating top-quality products. Working well with others, keeping a clean workspace, and paying attention to detail are important in our work culture.

Monday-Friday
8am-4:30pm
Availability around all major holidays is required
Able to lift 50+ lbs and safely operate commercial baking equipment
Compensation is $15.50/hr for entry level experience, training required.

POSITION: CAKE DECORATOR
Do you love the precise art of decorating and baking?
Your 2 primary tasks will be baking and decorating cake layers and cupcakes as well as assisting with decorating doughnuts first thing in the morning. Hours will vary somewhat based on cakes ordered. Every other Saturday, you will bake all the pastries for the day, help decorate doughnuts, and assist with cleaning the kitchen and washing dishes.
